Parish Day of Service

WE CELEBRATE THE 175th ANNIVERSARY OF THE DIOCESE
WITH A DAY OF SERVICE!

As part of the celebration of our Diocese's 175th Anniversary, Bishop Mike has asked each parish to have a "Day of Service" that reflects our commitment to living our faith. Here at Nativity, there are TWO projects that all parishioners can contribute to!

- Our Refugee, Immigrant, and Migrant Ministry (RIMM) is resettling another refugee family in partnership with Journeys End. Because of your generosity, these new neighbors will be "Home Again" to start a new life far from the danger that caused them to flee the place of their birth.

- Our Fall 2022 Confirmation Candidates are assembling "Dignity Bags" which will be distributed to those who are departing from the federal center in Batavia to complete the last leg of their long journey. They are frequently released with nothing but the clothes on their back and the dignity bags help will help them as they journey to reunite with family.
