ACRCC Corpus Christi Celebration

The Feast of Corpus Christi, also known as the Solemnity of the Most Holy Body and Blood of Christ, is a Christian liturgical solemnity celebrating the Real Presence of the Body and Blood, Soul and Divinity of Jesus in the elements of the Eucharist.

All are invited to the Eucharistic procession at:
Our Lady of Peace church
THIS Sunday, June 2, 2024
beginning at 2:00 PM

This year, all members of our family of parishes will once again collaborate: Our Lady of Peace, Nativity, St. Mary’s, and St. Teresa’s. Each parish is preparing one of the altars along the route.

Join us as we publicly express our belief in Jesus Christ. Who is truly present in the Blessed Sacrament. We will proceed around the parish grounds, stopping at the four Eucharistic Altars of Repose and conclude in the Church.

We invite all those who have made their First Communion this year to wear their First Communion attire and join in the procession.  All girls are invited to participate by tossing flower petals (please bring a small basket if you have one), and boys are invited to participate by ringing bells (please bring a bell if you have one).

This will be a joyous celebration uniting our parish communities as we publicly express our faith in the Eucharist, the Body and Blood, Soul and Divinity of our Lord Jesus Christ!
