📈 Our school is growing & we need cubbies!
SMS is proudly welcoming over 50 new students this fall, many of them in our Montessori and Kindergarten classrooms! Our youngest students use cubbies like the ones shown to hang up their coats and backpacks everyday, so we need more cubbies to accommodate our additional students this September.
Whether you have cubbies in good condition you’d like to donate, know of a school or business looking to sell/donate some, are a carpenter who could make them for us, or would be willing to donate funds towards the purchase of new ones, we’d love to hear from you!
If you were in our gymnasium this weekend shopping for Trinkets & Treasures at the St. Mary's Picnic, you might have noticed our beautiful, new curtains on stage. Thank you to all of the generous donors who raised their paddles at our 2025 Spring for Success Auction Gala to fund this much needed update!
The #BestTeamEver was handing out popcorn & greeting families today at the #stmaryspicnic - we love our teachers and staff, they truly are the best! Alumni, if you missed us today, catch up with us at: https://tinyurl.com/w3buwe89

Manny first joined us in 5th grade. Manny participated in morning intramurals and the after school chess club. Manny received the virtue award from Mr. Dolan for Zeal, Improvement in AIS math, excellence in PE, effort in Math, improvement in Religion, and is on the Merit Roll.
Manny also received a special award at graduation, the Charism of Mary Award, for showing the gifts of Mary our Mother. As the mother of Jesus, Mary lived her life with forgetfulness of self so that the grace of God could emerge through all she did. Manny serves other students consistently, helping others without being asked and without seeking any recognition. Manny will attend Canisius High School this fall, keep up the great work!
