We are so pleased to invite our Nativity young families and children to register for Faith Formation!
Family Faith Formation for Grades 1-5 will be held on the Sacred Heart Campus, in the Parish Center/Chesteron Building.
Middle School & High School Faith Formation meets here, in the Nativity of Mary School.
And special Family of Parishes events happen across our three Together in Christ parishes.
Our program encourages in-person fellowship and learning, but is also flexible...learning can be done at home when you aren't able to make it in-person!

Reminders
- Our Faith Formation programs begin in Grade 1.
- Every child must complete at least one full-year of faith learning, either with a Catholic Faith Formation program or by attending a Catholic school, before he or she is eligible to prepare for First Reconciliation (typically in Grade 2) or First Eucharist (typically in Grade 3).*
If your child is beyond Grade 1 but has not yet participated in Faith Formation - no problem! We will meet you where you are and work with your family to come up with a path and plan that works for you.
- All children seeking and eligible to prepare for First Reconciliation or First Eucharist must be currently enrolled in our Faith Formation program.
- High School youth need to complete two years of high-school level faith learning and exploration before they seek Confirmation.* This requirement can be fulfilled through a Catholic Faith Formation program or be attending a Catholic High School.
*Requirements set by the Diocese of Buffalo.
