Tyler has had a great interest in cooking since he was eleven years old. He enjoys watching all of the cooking shows on TV and has acquired a vast array of cooking and baking implements for his kitchen. Outside of home, he has been asked to provide desserts for the Canisius High School luncheons and was even hired to make a wedding cake, among other things.
Tyler heard that there was a local Catholic cooking show and he expressed interest to his parents that he would like to be a part of an episode. His father contacted the producer of Our Daily Bread last spring and Tyler was invited to appear along with Fr. Paul Seil for a episode taping. The theme of the show was “Cheese” and Fr. Paul prepared a shrimp appetizer in a cheese sauce and Tyler made three cheese pasta as the main entree and together they created a specialty cheesecake for dessert. The episode is scheduled to run in the spring.
